Songs unavailable on some devices

I have a personal playlist, where some of the songs have become unavailable on some of my devices. They are available on my Tab S3 and Galaxy S7, but not available on my Gear S3 or Windows 10 PC. I can, however, force them to play on either of those, by selecting to play on other device from the phone or tab.
