Spotify Connect does not recognize my Bose SoundTouch host system!

Spotify Connect does not recognize my Bose SoundTouch host system (the main control system), it only allows me to connect to the add-on speakers (the speakers in other rooms controlled by the host). The host doesn't show up as a connect option, which means I can only play the music on ONE set of speakers in a remote location of my home, versus playing on all speakers, making it basically worthless. I have the Premium version.
