Spotify "error" on Samsung Q7F

Spotify won't even open, all I have is the logo and right under it the message  "error"

no number. Software is up to date, I've just checked again. 

Any ideas what to do?

Thanks for the reply I really appreciate but the link you provide doesn't show how to uninstall the app on a smart TV
