Spotify randomly plays a new song

Hi, hello. I wasn't sure what category this belongs in so here we are.

My spotify has started randonly playing songs completely unrelated to what I was listening to previously and it will change in the middle of the song. There is one connected device I do not recognize (a web player [chrome]) and I have changed my password and used the "Sign Out Everywhere" function. It is also worth noting that the current device has not been changed to the Web Player that I do not recognize. Is there anything else I could try to prevent/fix this?
