Hi all
I mainly use Spotify web player with the current google Chrome version.
For a couple of weeks, Chrome automatically opens new tabs.
Removed all Cookies and also reinstalled Chrome. Malware and virus scan doesn't help.
It is super annoying since it pops up regularly and disturbs Netflix, conf calls etc.
Link of the new tab opened:

Thanks in advance for your help

Hey there @maga84,
Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!
As a first step we'd suggest opening the web player in a private/incognito window. This makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache.
If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser to check if you observe the same.
Let us know how you get on! We'll be here in case you need any further help with this.
Hi Ivan
Thanks for your reply.
Whether I use chrome in incognito mode or i use other browsers, Chrome still opens randomly new Spotify webplayer tabs.
Cheers
Manuel
