Switching RSS feeed

I have been trying to update my RSS feed for a week and I keep getting the same error message, saying it's unable to do so right now. All my other pushes are working. But now my latest episode isn't up on spotify. Is there a help email anywhere?

It sounds like the RSS feed may be stuck, especially since everything else is working. Try refreshing or reconnecting the feed, and if that doesn’t work, contact support with the exact error message and your RSS feed URL so they can check it.
