I am the IT guy in my company and I dont even know whats going on !!!!!!!!!! HEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP!!!!
Hey folks,
Thank you to everyone that's posted in the thread!
Could you let us know if you're still experiencing this and if it's happening across devices and different networks?
Thanks!
For me, the issue was resolved in mid-March, about a month after the problem started.
I'm also facing this issue, 429 error is lowing my app's user experience too. Please increase the rate-limit!!!
Is there a support page that clarifies the rate limits?
It would be nice for Spotify Support to provide some clarity here.
I’m getting the same error but when I try to log into Spotify on my Xbox. Can we just manually put in our email and password to sign in on Xbox
I`m having the same issue as of today. I use the webplayer for private use. I have the issue on all browsers, no vpn. I can access my profile page normally though. I tried everything mentioned above and nothing is working. the app works fine, so this is a webplayer issue alone. I hope spotify can fix this soon.
Same issue here, i tryed: incognito, diferents browsers (chrome, brave, etc). cleaning cache and all data navigation... the error still there... please fix this. the error is only in the webpage and not in the mobile app.

Too Many Requests
"
I researched and found in the header there should be a time limit, as to when one can start making new requests, under "retry after". I opened it up, and located the "retry after". I looked at the number, and was met with the comforting result of "0"
It's been two days now, and things are the same, any thoughts? I am able to use a different account in my google browser, but, frankly, I like the fact that Brave does away with all the adds.
This is still an issue for me, please fix it otherwise imma have to pull my premium subscription since I'm not going to pay for premium every month if the servers just go down like this every night.
