My Question or Issue

  I had been watching a podcast that had audio and video then one day the video just stopped working and I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that the video stopped playing. In order to help out with this, can you provide us with a bit more info:

• Do videos not work on every video podcast or just the one you're watching?
• Do all episodes of the podcast not stream video, or is it only the newest episodes? Send us a link/ URI to an episode that doesn't play video.
• Device model, OS version and Spotify version.
• Does this happen only on your phone or on all other devices.

In the meantime, make sure you check your Spotify app settings and make sure that video is enabled for podcasts and that data saver is disabled.
