Web Player, Windows 10 Client, Galaxy S10 Android app not playing; Android app on HTC One M9 does

My Question or Issue

As the title states, I can only play Spotify on my HTC One M9 out of the above options. I am in Canada and have a US-based account.

Never mind; the issue somehow resolved after I updated and restarted Windows.
