Hey folks!

Sorry to see so many of you have been affected by this.
As @the_drizzle has noticed - it's most likely related to the browser's cached data. Could you try removing it to see if this makes a difference? Completely disabling it is also an option but that might not be necessary 🙂

Let us know how it goes!
We'll be keeping an eye on the thread.

It's working for me now, on Brave and FF. Pretty sure I tried clearing cache before. At any rate, today it just worked, without clearing cache on either browser.

Hey @MidnightJava,

Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know.

Fantastic news! Give us a shout if it starts misbehaving again, we're here to help.

Have a nice day 🙂

Clearing cash did not solve it for me! So this issue is still going on!

Also having this issue right now, just getting error message and it won't load. Tried Brave and Chrome. Cleared cache too.

Same, on Chrome

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

same im in philippines

Same in Edge, clearing cache did nothing.

I'm having the same issue.

Same issue here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0bqoekQYLKLf4PNMfzX4j0?si=03cc41c7a69e4542

Also opening with "incognito mode", different device using different connectivity and IP address.

It' s a kind of cache issue or routing, but by service side, like CDN cache.

All systems seem to be operational right now: https://status.spotify.dev/

For your guys the issue persists still after few hours?

Thank you

Hi Vasil. I got the same issue when I try to open www.spotify.com in desktop and mobile browsers, even in incognito mode and after I had deleted all cookies and caché.
We embed the spotify player in our site and we are geting this error:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

 Thanks

Same here too, even after deleting cache. Still have the same issue. When I try to open https://open.spotify.com/ even in incognito it gives me the same error message.

Same thing for me...

No music... So, i'm dying :

*** Clear browser cached data : Done ... No change... Same damn error ***

My web app stopped working suddenly and when I tried reloading the page, the delayed connect error: 111 came up. Oddly, when I started up the desktop app, it works fine. Clearing the cache just caused me to have to log in again, no change. From what I've read, the error is caused by something upstream the user.

its not a brower's cache issue... its happening in all devices and browsers, even in fresh ones, new computers or devices... i've tried at least on 8 different devices / browsers... =/

Same problem here!

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

I having the same problem trying to update my playlist on my website.

"

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111"

Yup, same here in the Netherlands

Same problem here.  As far as I can tell, it is JUST Spotify, and only on my PC (Alienware, Windows Edge), my cell phone is not affected.

The same issue on my end. I have tried clearing cache, browsing history, closing and reopening browser, using different browsers and no matter what it is the same issue.

I'm annoyed, they need to fix this
