When I watch a short video ad, I don't get 30 minutes of ad-free listening

My Question or Issue

When I "watch a short video for 30 minutes ad-free listening" I never get 30 minutes of ad free listening. I get ads at the typical rate of every 2 or 3 songs (approx. 8-9minutes). It is frustrating to watch the video but still get ads.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

To get the 30 min uninterrupted playback you need to keep the video ad in focus and you have to make sure not to navigate to another app, browser, etc.

It's also important to be careful of accidentally clicking the "No, thanks" button when prompted to watch the ad.
