Why can't I get my Discovery Weekly playlist?

It says in the support article for Spotify's Discovery Weekly playlist that you need to use Spotify for two weeks to get Discovery Weekly. However, I have been on Spotify for 4 weeks and have not got my playlist! Please help!

That's weird, let's try to figure out what's happening.

Have you been listening to music while "Private Session" is enabled?

It should be available for you every Monday if you listen to music regularly and don't use Private Session.

Can you try to log out and log in?

If after that you're still unable to see the Discover Weekly playlist, please, let me know.

I used to get Discover Weekly every week under Playlists - then it disappeared about 2 weeks ago - after I search and search around I finely fine a way to get it back - but why isnt showing everytime I go to Spotify - and yes I do get a new list every week and love it.  Thanks
