The amount of songs reported to be in my starred playlist is wrong. I emptied it and it still said I had 36 songs in it, so I checked to setting to show unavailible tracks and removed all of those aswell. However, it still reports that I have 9 songs in my starred playlist which is now completely empty on desktop, web and android. It annoys me, probably at bit more than it should.
Update: apparently my topic got changed to something else, fixed it

NaN means Not assigned Number, which is in almost 99% of all cases a bug.

It still appears as 9 songs for me. Could an admin reset my playlist or something like that?

No, it's likely a backend problem as it shows up the same on all my devices. Reinstalling didn't help
I would suggest dropping the support team an email directly using the online contact form and see if they can correct it for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
