Albums not available anymore

The band Noah and the Whale used to have several albums available for viewing and now are seemingly not existent except for one song from each album. Only the newest album is available.

Offline playlist - some songs won't sync

Whenever I set playlists to go offline on my iPhone, the arrow shows up but the songs won't actually play offline. Instead of being green the arrow is white. I pay for the premium subscription.
