Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check out this article for ideas on how to troubleshoot gift cards. In general though, you must check the following:

• The code is spelled correctly.
• You don't have an active Family or Duo subscription. Gift cards cannot be used with these.
• The country of your account is the same as the country where you bought the card.
• You don't already have 18 months of Premium active on your account, as this is the maximum limit.
