the app doesn´t works with the onboard speakers, only headset output

i have installed the app in my DELL laptop. And this is the ONLY one that doesn´t work with the onboard speakers!!
Just only works with headphones or an amplifier connected to the headset output

Can you give us more details about your device operating system? Also, did you notice if this happens on another laptop as well?

You can start off with a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device to see if this makes a difference. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

Keep in mind that certain apps may be set up to use a different sound device than the one you selected on the sound settings of your laptop. You can check if that could be the case on your laptop's sound settings.
