When you press "Reply" it should open a white box field where you can write your response and then by pressing "Reply" again, it should post your response. Because we can see your response here, would you mind sharing what exactly the issue is? Does it get stuck for example and not post your response so you have to try again or is it something else?
If you're experiencing any issues or bugs within your browser, you can always try in an incognito-window.
To get the path of where a post/thread is within the Community, you can check the menu above it. For example, this post is in the Help Board > Other section. You can also click on each of them which will take you to the selected section.
