Hi, I'm Sassy Susan (Susan Sherayko), host and producer of the Train Your Brain Claim Your Power podcast.  I' here to celebrate the launch of a new podcast The Abundant Coach created by a mentor and colleague, Lauren Brollier Newton.  

Congratulations, Lauren!  A fabulous launch for The Abundant Coach podcast! 

Lauren delivered everything she promised in her introductory comments and even more.  If there is a consistent drumbeat so far, it is that we can choose the patterns of thought that will lead to our desired results.  Natalie Ledwell shared her stories with such delightful candor.  I never had the privilege to hear the behind-the-scenes moments of Mind Movies' launch and growth until now.  The importance of role playing your vision (or becoming your future self now) coupled with the mindset shifts made possible with Mind Movies really underscored topics I believe we all find to be the rigor of the work.   Mary Morrissey also echoed these themes through her life story.  As she put it, “part of me is bigger than circumstances.  I can choose and let my life show the results.”   And Lauren's solo contributions add to the wisdom and tools that Mary and Natalie shared as well.   Lauren shares sage advice on how to get past your money blocks – or blessing blocks as I call them.  In this work, we all learn how to ask and how to receive.  In these first episodes, Lauren provides powerful insights to help us do this for ourselves.  I look forward to next week's episodes.
