12 meses de espera

Desde de janeiro estou sem plano e fui entrar no plano duo com meu parceiro e não posso, esta me pedindo 12 meses para troca. Como sei quanto tempo falta para eu poder entrar em outro plano?

Thanks for posting! We hope you don't mind us replying in English as this is the official language of the Community. 

If you've changed between one Duo plan to another (different plan manager), it takes 12 months before you can join a new one. Until the time passes you can only re-join the last Duo plan you were a member in. 

Unfortunately, from our end we can't say exactly when the restriction period will end, but if you remember when you've changed the Duo plans, that'll give you the timeframe. On the other hand, our colleagues from support can take a look at your account backstage and provide you with more info. If you'd like, you can reach them via one of the ways here.
