My Question or Issue

 this is hands down the most counter intuitive way to get help I've ever encountered.  Now for my question.  Why am I getting an add for Waze in my premium account?  And yes, I've logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled.  Just asking before I cancel the whole mess.
