Abo change to Family premium without cancellation of my Student premium Abo

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I had a Student premium Abo and got an invitation to joing my Familys premium Abo yesterday. I followed the invitation link and submitted, but did not cancel my own Student Abo.

Now I'm afraid, it's still existing and I'll have to pay double (we share to payment of the Family Abo). 

Does Spotify cancel my Student Abo automatically or not and if so, what can I do to cancel retrospectively?

Thanks for reaching out.

Your existing subscription gets terminated the moment you successfully accept the invite to a Premium Duo/Family plan, as long as you use your existing account to accept it 🙂 So no need to worry.
