My Question or Issue

Hi my husband is down as one of the family members on my premium account.  He has just got a new iPhone - how can he log into his music on the joint account?  I've tried setting up a device password but this isn't working.  If I invite him again, will he loose all of the music he has saved?  Thanks!

thanks for posting in the community!

 

I have to admit i'm a bit confused.

A user can log into his account on many devices as it is account based on not device based.

 

He should download Spotify for his new device and enter his personal account attached to the family plan.
