Account gets paused all the time

I have a family plan and have sent invites to other family members to use it. However, any time more than one of us tries to use Spotify at same time, I get kicked off with the "Your account is being used somewhere else." How do I resolve this? Multiple users is the whole reason I got the family plan.

Are your family using just one account ? If so, that is not the way the Family Subscription works. You need to create a separate account for each of the family members (with his own login) then send them an invite from your master account (the one who pays for the Family subscription) by visiting this page. When they accept the invite they will have a premium account without having to pay for it and you can all listen at the same time and keep you own music collection and playlists.
