Address Verification Email - address doesn't match

I have received an email asking me to confirm my home address.  I have followed the link but it says that my address doesn't match.  I haven't moved & can't find my address anywhere on my profile to check what has been provided.

I can't find an email address to ask for help & hope this is what I need to do.

Any ideas?

Hey @lyndsmch,

It looks to me like you're a part of a Family or a Duo plan and that you've been asked to re-verify your address!
The best approach here would be to ask the plan manager for the exact way the address has been typed in.
They can look this up with the help of this FAQ article 🙂

Note: Make sure you're not using any VPN services when trying to verify.
