My Question or Issue

 

Hello,

 

My wife had to verify the address on our family plan and I'm guessing the address lookup has changed since I entered my address because now it wouldn't find out address as it was just a postcode and town.

So I thought, oh I'll just change the address on my plan and re-verify. Problem is I left it a longer than I should and it kicked her off the plan. I thought I could just re-add her to the plan with the new address but now it says she can't join our plan for 12 months!

 

Obviously I should have done it sooner but I don't know if there is a way to get her added back. Seems mad for her to buy her own separate plan, it is my wife and she is fuming with me haha!
