My Question or Issue

My dad and I have a Family Premium Plan. When he was setting up the account, he made sure to block explicit content. Later on, when I noticed I wasn't able to listen to explicit content, I asked him to change it, and I know he did for sure. But explicit content is still blocked on my device, and in my settings, it says explicit content can't be played on this account. I've logged in and out multiple times, restarted my device, and performed a clean reinstall of the app. Where do I go from here?

I recommend having your dad double-check if your account can actually access explicit content. He can check it on this page. The setting is called "Remove explicit content" and it should be toggled off for you.
