My Question or Issue

Hi

I have been playing Spotify with voice commands through my multiple Alexa devices for years with no issue. I went to play a song today and Alexa tells me it is playing the tune I requested from Spotify but nothing actually plays. This is duplicated across all my Amazon Alexa Devices.

Following the troubleshooting advice, I have subsequently unlinked and relinked my Spotify Skill on Alexa (website and App) and unlinked and relinked Alexa from my Spotify Account (on website and App).  Spotify is set as the default App for Alexa. The only thing that has changed recently is my Spotify password as Spotify forced me to change it. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you check this thread for relevant troubleshooting steps and make sure to unplug the speaker from the electrical supply, wait a few minutes to pass and then plug it back in?
