Cant activate family members while abroad

Cant activate family members while abroad

I have signed up for a family plan with a German billing address. I, with family in Brazil. I provided in ,y account a Brazilian address. However, Spotify on the kids devices complains that we are not living at the same address. I assume this has to do with the fact that the location is outside the billing country? Solution?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend making sure that the country setting of the Family plan owner's account and the accounts that are trying to join match. This can be done at https://spotify.com/account.

 

You can learn how to update your country setting at https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/.
