My Question or Issue

I have added my two daughters to Family Premium. One connected without any problems but the other is still stuck on a 'Free Account'. My Admin Account shows that they are both part of the Family Plan but this is not the case. I have tried removing her from the Family Plan and inviting her again but I still get the same issue. I am also uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify to her phone but no joy.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like one of your daughters (the one who isn't able to use the Premium features) has either accepted the invite with the wrong account or is not using the right one within the app.


I recommend making sure that the right account is being used both in the Family plan and the app 🙂
