Audiobook listening

I am not the plan manager on our family plan and when I try to listen to an audiobook I get the following message... Request audiobook listening hours from your plan manager 

What happens when I click request hours. My plan manager hasn't been able to find any request or grant me time. How does he give me access?

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

When you click the button to request audiobook listening time, the Premium Family plan manager should receive a notification both in the Spotify app and via the email linked to their account. If they’re not seeing any notification, no worries—they can also complete the purchase through a browser by following the steps in this support article.

 

Just a heads-up: audiobook listening time can’t be added to Spotify Kids accounts and it can’t be purchased directly within the Spotify app on iOS.
