Booted Everyone From Family Plan

Booted Everyone From Family Plan

At some point last night everyone was booted from my family plan. We live at the same address, I have attempted to invite then again but they can only accept once every 12 months. Is there a way to invite them sonthey can accept it

The same thing happened to me. 

Yup, I’m here looking for a simple resolution to the same thing. I now have a very expensive single account and nobody who I could add to my plan as the people in my household are all banned.

 

I can see emails saying it’s all happened but I can only find 1 email asking them to verify our address and that was to my work email, I didn’t both verifying as I don’t ever use the account I set up on my work laptop.

 

There’s no way I’m purchasing 3 single plans for me, husband and an account to sign into our Alexa’s with so they can jog on and I’ll go elsewhere.

 

if you’re going to give people 7 days to verify their address, have a pop up on the app or something, not an email that any good spam filter would intercept!

I just reached out to their customer cares on Facebook and they fixed it.
