My Question or Issue

I think my spotify family plan is bugged, I have attempted inviting a few people and they keep on getting errors about not living in the same household and the plan not being right despite being in the same home. I've also tried making new accounts to see if they might be able to join and i still get the error, unsure what to do

It's possible that the accounts you're inviting to the plan are being kicked out due to Spotify not being able to verify their address. I'd recommend following these steps to verify the address.
