CANNOT ADD ADDRESS/MEMBERS FOR PREMIUM FAMILY

My Question or Issue

I have just upgraded to a family membership and am trying to add family members. I get past Point 1. (which is the upgrade)

Point 2. asks for your address - just freezes......NO RESPONSE AT ALL and won't let me go back or forwards to invite people either.

Even entering the site to add family members from an email link is futile....just hangs.

Thanks for posting here.

 

It sounds like you might have experienced this issue. It should be fixed now. 

 

In case the issue persists, could you restart your device, log out and log back in again to see if that changes anything?

I tried out everything that you told and am still facing the same issue. Please help me out.

Even I'm facing the same problem, after clicking on Step 2, I'm being redirected to the plans section after a long wait.

Can you try the following:

  • different device
  • clear your cache and cookies
  • incognito/private window
  • different internet connection

I am facing the same issue, I have tried all the things mentioned above, clearing cookies and cache, using another browser. None of that helped

unable to see the family option and the address link keeps on loading

Can you check which Premium plan you're having by heading to Account overview?

this is what I am seeing

although in the receipts section I can see the last payment I made was for the Spotify Premium for family plan

Open google map -> pin the center of your house -> copy the map address (the random alphanumeric with a + sign in between) -> paste to Spotify address
