My Question or Issue

I got an open slot in my family plan which I plan to get my sister to join. However, she keeps encountering the error: "Your addresses didn’t match. Ask the person who invited you to double-check the address they entered. You’ll need to use that exact address to join Family."

However, the address used was the exact address copied from the family plan information.

Then subsequently, she encountered a different error:"There was a problem. Please try again later."

Does she currently have an active plan on her account (which is not the Free plan)? If so, which one? 🙂

No, she does not have an active plan.

Her account is a free plan.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

If she's currently seeing the "There was a problem. Please try again later." error message, then I recommend asking her to give it another try on another device and/or in another browser. 🙂

 

If the other error message about the address appears, however, then you could try updating the address on the plan to the same one as before, as this can refresh some things in the backend. Then she can try it again.

My family member can not join to our family plan even though we are at same address and subscribing the same address that I have submitted during the beginning of my membership.
