My Question or Issue

It has been exactly 12 months since I last joined another family plan (which was my husband's, joined last Dec 15, 2022). He ended the plan exactly on the same day this year (Dec 15, 2023). I am currently trying to join my sister-in-law's family plan (Dec 16, 2023). When trying to join, it shows me "You can't join this plan. You can join someone else's premium plan only once every 12 months." But like I said it's been a year since I last joined. My sister-in-law's boyfriend was able to join her family plan (he was also part of my husband's family plan).

 

Why can't I join? Am I missing something? I checked my account it is currently on Free plan.

I recommend waiting an additional 24-48 hours. If you still can't join then and believe the 12 months are over, let me know 🙂
