Can’t change explicit consent setting!

Can’t change explicit consent setting!

I have toggled off the explicit content on one of the users in my family plan, and it keeps switching back on. This has happened 20+ times. Is there a glitch? I am on a desktop.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! Hope you don't mind moving your post to a separate thread, as this will give us a better overview of the issue.

 

To make sure we cover all bases, could you check if using a different browser or an incognito window makes any difference? We can also recommend trying from another device, if possible. For example, you can try from a different computer or using a mobile device.

 

Shouldn't this do the trick, it would be great if you could give another internet connection a shot. If you're currently on WiFi, you can try with 4G/5G. Also, if you're using any VPN, make sure to switch it off, as it may interfere with the service.
