Can't find my Family Premium Account

Can't find my Family Premium Account



It seems like I do have two accounts. I have a family premium account and pay every month. But I can't remember my username for this account? How can I get this? I would like to manage it and actually also use it my self, but I'm not able to do this, due to I have no idea of which account? Who can help?!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!


We'd first recommend checking your account overview page here to find more info on your subscription status


If it shows that you're on a Premium for Family subscription, then you're logged in the right account! All you need to access it from another device, is double check that you're entering the right username or email address in our login page.


If however you're on a regular Premium subscription, we'd recommend following the steps here to locate any additional accounts you have. If that doesn't do the trick, you can follow this short guide that can help point you out in the right direction.
