Can't join Spotify Family.

My Question or Issue

For some time now I've had Premium Duo plan that I used to share with my partner. However, we decided we want to change it to a Family plan with the rest of the family. My partner's sister created the Premium Family plan that she now manages. My partner joined it with no problem, just like 3 other members. It's only me who gets the following info after typing in the adress and klicking join: "A problem occured. Try again later" In original it's "Wystąpił problem. Spróbuj ponownie później." I also cancelled my Duo plan about 3 weeks ago.

Since you've already canceled your current subscription, you'll now just need to wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂
