Can't manage family account

I can't access my family overview page anymore for a long period now. On the help page is refered to:

"De beheerder van het abonnement kan op de Family-pagina familieleden uitnodigen of verwijderen.

1. Ga naar je accountpagina.
2. Scrol omlaag om je Family-accounts te beheren.
3. Selecteer de optie om familieleden toe te voegen of te verwijderen."

 But I don't see bullet 2 'family account'
