Cannot connect iPhone 8 to Family Premium

Cannot connect iPhone 8 to Family Premium

My husband and daughter have successfully connected to Premium Family from their Androids but my son is blocked when he tries to confirm his address (the same as ours ofcourse) from his iPhone 8.

I am really frustrated as I decided to get Family because of my sons listening to music 24/7.

He does not receive an error message. Rather, when trying to confirm his
address by pushing the button, nothing happens.

Thanks for specifying.

 

Can you please ask him to give it a try through another device? The invite won't be device-bound, instead, it'll get linked with his account once successfully accepted.
