Cannot join Family Plan

Cannot join Family Plan

For personal reasons, my brother couldn't be in charge of the Premium for Family Plan so we decided to change the account holder but we had a warning that we couldn't join a new Family Plan for at least 12 months. Is there something we can do to change that?

Can I start a Family Plan or my family members will still be affected by this?

Users can switch Premium Duo/Family plans once every 12 months and unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
