Looping Step While Try to Invite Family Member After Input Address

My Question or Issue

After I input the address and try to go to the 3rd step to Invite family member. The website always loop and go back to the 2nd step (either using a phone or a laptop). I cant even enter the 3rd step. Please fix website bug this ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out. Which third step are you referring to exactly? Does the same happen in an incognito window and across different networks? If the issue persists across all of those and across different devices as you mentioned, please send us some screenshots or a video of the exact behaviour so we can investigate this.
