My Question or Issue

I am trying to upgrade from a Duo Premium account to a Family Premium account. However after selecting a payment method I always come to this screen: https://www.spotify.com/za-en/purchase/offer/premium-family/?carrier=0&country=ZA

 

It has been this way for quite sometime... How can I upgrade if I cant go past this screen?

Spotify is currently investigating an Ongoing Issue with subscribing to Premium. I recommend adding your +VOTE to this Ongoing Issue, as well as subscribing to it by clicking the three dots next to its title; that way, you can make sure to stay up to date with any relevant updates.

 

Also, make sure not to retry subscribing to Premium Family while this is being looked into, in order to avoid the rare chance of receiving duplicate charges.
