Cant add family to premium, address wont register

Cant add family to premium, address wont register

 

I upgrade to premium family from duo today  but i cant add my kids because its says the address isnt recognised and wont let them input it manually.. I checked the address on my account and its correct. How do we get past this. its very frustrating and no other ways of contatcting anybody at spotify. I have had nothing but trouble since i went from the free account. 

 

Also why didnt the one kid already on duo just not transfer over, why do they have to be re added? Hope somebody can help.. Thanks

Let's get started with some basic troubleshooting tips to see how it goes... Take a look at this official support article to get some information about what to do:

In addition to the article, I recommend that you try to get the validation using a different device than the one you used and you can also try the incognito tab of your preferred browser, just to make sure the cache isn't troubling.
