My Question or Issue
My daughter's playlist is exactly the same as mine. She sees what I've downloaded. I asked her to delete everything and put her own stuff on. My account now only shows the stuff she put on and all my own stuff gone! I can't seem to fathom it out.

Hey there @Biomekanik,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!
It sounds like both you and your daughter are accessing the same Spotify account. We'd suggest checking this Spotify Answer for more info on that.
Once each family member has signed up for their own Spotify account and has joined the Premium for Family plan, we'd recommend logging out of Spotify in each of your devices and logging back in again, making sure you're using the right credentials on each device.
Let us know how you get on! We'll be right here if you need more help 🙂
Hey @Biomekanik thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,
I am so sorry to hear that. I would first say have her remove all of her music from your playlists. Then I would say you can have her create her own account, and put her music on there. You can also buy Premium for Family which allows you to have up to 5 people in your household (same address) have premium on separate accounts. T get your normal recommendations back, you can just start playing your favorite music, and over time the recommendations will change.
Happy Listening,
Jack 🙂
