My Question or Issue

Hello, can you help please? My son is part of my family subscription but has not received the email asking him to confirm his address? I’m not sure if the address for him is correct? How can I check and re send the email please? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Jocloburn,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

He can check his account's email address by heading to https://spotify.com/account or through the Spotify mobile app by going into Settings > Account.

 

It's also recommended that he checks his email junk/spam folder, as the email might've landed there.
