I have a question about Spotify Family

I joined the Spotify Family as a member in April this year, and I withdrew in December. Can I create a new Spotify Family with this account and invite people?

Superuser Contribution I bought a family plan but i'm unable to add members.

I bought a plan but i cannot see the manage option under the account overview. Plus it shows my plan is premium individual although i paid 2149Rs. for an year and opted for family premium plan.

I received an invitation to join a family plan. I cancelled my duo plan. But now, when I try to accept the invitation for the family plan, I just get an error message.
