Superuser Contribution Family plan address-computer won't let it match

I'm trying to get on family plan w my husband. We are checking both addresses and it keeps telling us address doesn't match. It won't let us change details like his says US and mine says USA but it wont let either of us change the US part!!

Can't convert from Family Premium to Student plan

I am a registered student and wanted to convert to Student plan. I am verified by Spotify that I am a student.I am getting an error message that I am not eligible. I used an incognito browser as well.
