My Question or Issue

I change my plan to the Premium for Family and invited my sister to join. We lived in the same address, but when she accepted the invitation, filled in all the required fields and submit the confirmation, an error 603 keep poping out stating "Oops something went wrong, please try again". We have tried using different devices and browsers, but the same problem keep happening. We have no idea what's going wrong...Please help!!!
