Mi esposa contrato plan dúo ya lo tenía yo cambié varias veces de teléfono y en el actual ahora no puedo tener plan dúo solo plan gratuito

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

We'd recommend that you go to your account page to double check if you've accepted the invitation and completed the verification process successfully. Under "Your Plan" she should see "Premium Duo". 

 

If that's not what you're seeing but you know you've activated the Duo subscription, it means that you might be logged into another account. If that's the case - we'd suggest that you take a look at this article. It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us. In the FAQ you'll see the steps for finding a second account.

 

If the account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in as this will force a sync between the account and the device.
