Explicit Russian Songs on Shared Family playlist

My Question or Issue

Our family joint playlist is full of recommendations in Russian, many of them explicit. We don't listen to Russian music, there are NO Russian Songs on this playlist. We ALL have explicit songs turned off on our devices. Why is this happening? Has our account been hacked or something?

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. We understand you share a playlist with your family members. Do you mean this is a Collaborative playlist? By recommendations, do you mean songs suggested by Spotify that you can find by scrolling down the playlist?

On another note, can you send us the URI on said playlist? This way we'll give it a look. Can you send us screenshots of what you're mentioning?
